"customer service is always excellent."

The help desk support on website setup was fantastic. The help was wonderful and so patient. My new site is very fast (I moved to Datapacket hosting server from another website hosting provider). I will be upgrading today to a bigger web hosting package (more domains, etc). I'm lovin' it. I am so glad that I went with their dedicated server hosting service! "Amazing."

I host my Joomla sites with Datapacket web host. Amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone. As a small web design company our last hosts caused us no end of grief, but they've been brilliant - easy to set up. They have great customer support. I had a couple of questions during the initial setup, I received very quick and informative responses from the staff. As far as the uptime, it is very good. I have monitoring software for keeping uptime statistics and so far the uptime is unparralled. "Customer support is responsive."

When I first came across Datapacket prices it almost seemed to good to be true. I put one site up with them to start just to try things out, I've since put up all my sites with these guys. My experience with my previous shared hosting wasn’t that good. And I decided to upgrade to vps Hosting. I didn't find any difference. Believe me. "The uptime and service have both been spectacular."

As for Datapacket server speed, it is standard. Everything works good. My website is up and running and I love it! Tickets are usually answered with 10 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. The list of extra software installations is huge and it is really easy to use. Recommended. Could not have asked for a better host in my opinion! I have no complaints to share.
